We buy last-mile delivery vans and lease them to an operator that delivers marketplace packages. Those purchases are financed with loans from a small group of people, and each loan is tied to one identified van, with its invoice and its lien filed in the public registry.
Whoever lends sees their money, their payments and their van working, from their phone.

And it has only reached 17% penetration, against 52% in China. Every point it gains is packages someone has to deliver, and vans that have to exist.
